Cheese. Subscription. Service. Yes, that’s right. Sign up for our monthly cheese club and get curated picks from our cheesemongers each month. Each month, our cheesemongers pick the best of the best, selecting three complimentary cheeses that are at their peak ripeness and quality.

Joining the club?
Subscriptions are $50.00 a month, and you can choose a 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month subscription. Your subscription includes approximately 1.5 lbs of cheese, each of which will be delicately wrapped in our Formaticum cheese paper, along with full cheese descriptions, histories, and pairing notes.

We can either ship the cheese to you, or you can pick it up at our store.
